Because PrudentChoice™ is not insurance, there are
no claim forms to file or deductibles. There are no exclusions
of pre-existing chiropractic problems. Go to the doctor as
soon as you want and as often as you need. Simply present
your membership card for a discount. Payment in full is due
directly to your doctor, at special rates, when you receive
your care.
