PrudentChoice™ guarantees full satisfaction with its service. Members may cancel their PrudentChoice™ program at any time and for any reason by calling (800) 630-4914. If a Member cancels within the first 30 days of the enrollment date, the Member will receive a refund of the first month’s membership fee. If a Member cancels after the first month, the Member will no longer be billed subsequent membership fees, based on the enrollment plan selected -- Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual. Members enrolled in Semi-Annual and Annual Plans will automatically be renewed after the first one-year period at standard monthly pricing multiplied by the number of months included in the plan selected. No refunds of the one-time processing fee or the pre-paid periodic membership fees will be made other than as set forth in this paragraph.
