The members will explain to the representative their medical bill situation
Members will complete the form available online, or the representative will send one to the member
Members will send the form and their medical bills to HealthCare Mediation
Once the member’s documents are received, HealthCare Mediation will work to get a reduction on their medical bills (typically takes up to 5 business days)
A new statement showing how much the member will owe is provided to them at the conclusion of each settlement
When a discount is obtained, the total amount the member will owe is reduced even when they include the HealthCare Mediation’s fee. The members may contact HealthCare Mediation before they seek medical services, or after they have been treated and now have a medical bill. HealthCare Mediation can also work on the members behalf if their bills have been sent to collections. Financing is available for those who qualify.
